I take a lot of care in packaging your wood burn piece so it arrives safely. Once your order is shipped, though, it’s in the hands of the postal service — so I’m not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that might happen during transit.

If you’d like to add tracking or insurance to your order, just let me know before shipping and I’m happy to include that!
